For Your Consideration:
Don't Borrow Trouble
A roundtable for women looking to navigate life without losing their ever-loving minds
Virtual, Live, Free
September 25, 2025
10:00-10:45am PT
This women's roundtable is not a sales event, webinar, workshop, but a gathering of women I care about who may be struggling with navigating world events, personal circumstances or a combination of both.
I believe that women’s primary job is to not get tired. The patriarchy requires and demands that women be tired; therefore, making not getting tired our collective job is one of the best ways to begin taking down the patriarchy and dismantling the systems that keep it humming along.
For Your Consideration: Don't Borrow Trouble, is a facilitated conversation that offers a different way to experience yourself and your life. Not from over-giving and never feeling that you've never done enough, but powerfully, from a place of being rested and grounded.
Ever feel as though you are playing 3-dimensional chess all day, every day, trying to make sure that everything is covered, no balls are dropped, people can count on you and your back-up plan has a back-up plan? Then you will love our conversation around...

Don't Borrow Trouble!
One of the tricks that our FONGE (Fear Of Not Giving Enough) plays is exhausting us as we attempt to cover every base, cover everyone else's bases and make sure that we have a plan for every plot twist that life can throw at us. One of the best ways to begin interrupting this cycle is the practice of Don't Borrow Trouble. In other words, taking all that energy that goes into trying to control the future by worrying (creating trouble for ourselves) about what might/could possibly go wrong.

Don't Borrow Trouble is a practice of steadfastly choosing to be in your point of power: this moment, right here. I will share how I practice Don't Borrow Trouble...and you will share your thoughts, ideas, practices. And, at the end of our time, we will all have a plan for regaining our power, recouping our energy and being able to be our best selves in the world.

As always, the roundtable is free, and is also free of sales of any kind…this is simply me creating a space for the women I care about, supporting them in the best way that I know how. Please invite any women in your world whom you think would benefit from this topic.
The more women who refuse to let themselves get depleted, the more powerful we all are.
Register now and I'll see you on Sept. 25th!
Fill out the form below to save your spot! Note: the roundtable will not be recorded, no replay will be offered.
